Louis XV with French legs, lyre shaped pedal lyre, carvings on music desk leaf. Off/white with gold trim. Case overall in excellent condition. Brass is somewhat darkened, (could use some polishing) but doesn't look bad.

Original strings are clean and still quite live. Original Blued steel tuning pins. Seem fine/plenty tight. Original Baldwin 41 ply maple block. Original Strings, original damper felts, seem fine.

Hammers, Shanks, Flanges, Knuckles, Whippens, Action Stack, Misc. Felts are in Good Condition. There are a few tighter hammershank flanges and a few looser ones. (Overall range 3-10 swings).

Tuned, hammers aligned to strings, voiced 7/2/07. Overall sound is pretty good.

Piano is structurally sound. The action doesn't have a lot of wear on the parts and cosmetics are good. Original strings still sound pretty good, still have mileage left on them. Original hammers have significant amount of felt left. Routine maintenance was done in July 2007: Hammer reshaping, regulation, tuning, cleaning, and voicing. Piano looks and sounds good. Action feels good.
