  Escrow Agencies located in California are regulated by California State Law.  We have chosen this agency because of their established reputation for safe, dependable and reliable service.  You can verify an escrow agency's license by doing a search on their name at the California Department of Corporations

This particular escrow service primarily deals with Real Estate transactions, however, we have set up special arrangements with them to handle piano transactions as well.

We are dedicated to providing both the buyer and seller safe and secure ways of conducting their transactions over the Internet.

• Brokers can also handle escrow transactions.  When requested, Piano Finders can handle the escrow arrangements on a piano transaction.  The escrow instructions can be individualized per the situation.

Buyer's using the Piano Purchase Offer, make their cashier's checks payable to "Bay Area Escrow Service".  The Escrow Service then disburses funds as directed in the Escrow Instructions.
