Buyer's Fees:

1. Buying a piano for sale through our Listing Service is FREE to you unless you purchase additional services.  Additional services you can purchase are as follows:

   • Escrow Service:  for piano listed on our site by a Piano Finders Member (Bronze, Silver or Gold Selling Options only), Piano Finders will handle escrow transactions in their role as broker.  There is no charge if Piano Finders is handling the transaction.  If you use another escrow services, then buyer pays the fees that the escrow service charges.

Seller's Fees:

There are no seller's fees for people who order the Silver & Gold Selling Services (see Commissions) . 

The following fees only apply to those who order the Bronze Selling Service.

Listing a piano for sale is FREE under the following conditions:

1. You update your piano listing as "SOLD” on our website within 7 days of the time that the piano is sold or no longer available to the marketplace.

2. You sell the piano to someone who is not a Piano Finders Referred Buyer.

3. You respond within 7 days to all Piano Finders Referred Buyers who contact you about your piano.

We want our Piano Listing to be current and for our sellers to respond promptly to potential buyers.  As an incentive, we do not charge you any listing fees if you update your listing within 7 days if a piano is sold or not available for sale anymore.  If you do not update your piano(s) for sale listing(s) within 7 days of the time, you will incur the following fees:

• $15 per upright and $35 per grand that you have sold or taken off the market without updating your listing.

Selling Service Options

We have been pleased with the honesty and timely payments of our Piano Finders Members.  We trust that you will pay us our commissions within 14 days of from the date the piano has sold.  In case you find that you are unable to pay within 14 days, you agree to the following fees.  $50 will be charged to your account on the 15^th day after the sale of the piano, if Piano Finders remains unpaid.  Additional fees of $50 will be charged every 7^th day thereafter that Piano Finders remains unpaid
