Escrow Instructions

Buyer's Instructions to Piano Finders:

1. Receive my cashier's check and hold it in escrow until the following is accomplished:  

   • You have received a faxed copy of the Bill of Sale in my favor, signed by the seller of the piano.

   • You have received a faxed copy of the "Acceptance of Delivery" document signed by me or the mover I have authorized to sign on my behalf.

2. When you have received the above mentioned documents, you can disperse checks and documents as follows:

• A check paying off any Lien holders listed on the Seller's agreement with Piano Finders.

• A check paying the seller for the amount they are due, as indicated in their contract with Piano Finders.

• The remaining balance to Piano Finders for their commission.

• Mail a copy of the Bill of Sale to the Buyer.

3. In the event that I do not perform according to the Piano Purchase contract I have signed with you, you are authorized to disburse funds as instructed in my contract.

Seller's Instructions to Piano Finders:

1. Please notify us when you have received:

   •  A cashier's check for payment in full for the piano, for the amount indicated in the Buyer's Agreement with Piano Finders.  

   • A faxed copy of the "Pick Up Authorization" for the piano. 

2. When you have received the items mentioned above, then we will release the piano to the buyer authorized in the "Pick Up Authorization" form.

3. You are authorized to disperse funds as specified in the Buyer instructions above.  

4. In the event that I do not perform according to the Piano Finders Selling Service contract I have signed with you, you are authorized to disburse funds as instructed in my contract.
