20. Authorizes Mover to Sign:  Buyer authorizes the AUTHORIZED MOVER's representative to sign the "Acceptance of Delivery" Form (herein provided) according the instructions on the form.  

21. Acceptance of Delivery:  Buyer accepts delivery of the piano at the moment that the AUTHORIZED MOVER's representative signs the "Acceptance of Delivery".   In the event that the "Acceptance of Delivery" statement has not been signed by a mover and the piano has not been removed from the PIANO LOCATION prior to END DATE then buyer accepts delivery of the piano anyway and seller acknowledges transfer of title to the buyer, regardless of the location of the piano.

22. Risk of Loss:  Buyer accepts the entire risk of loss for the piano, from whatever cause from the moment that Acceptance of Delivery takes place.  

23. Liability:   It is recommended that the buyer obtain adequate insurance for the piano and that they only use movers who are licensed, bonded and insured by the appropriate State or Interstate Agencies.  Whether or not buyer takes these precautions, all risks of loss or damage of the PIANO from whatever cause are hereby assumed by BUYER from the moment "Acceptance of Delivery" takes place.  From that point in time, regardless of the adequacy or inadequacy of any insurance maintained by BUYER, BUYER shall indemnify and save SELLER and PIANO FINDERS harmless from any and all injury to or loss of the PIANO from whatever cause, including any and all damage to persons or property caused by the AUTHORIZED MOVER or any of buyer's agents during the course of removing the piano from the PIANO LOCATION.

24. Failure to of buyer to move piano:  In the event that the piano has not been moved by the buyer prior to END DATE from the PIANO LOCATION, then buyer authorizes Seller to arrange for a move of the piano to a storage location of seller's choice, until buyer makes moving arrangements out of that storage facility.  In the event this happens, Buyer agrees to reimburse seller for the cost of moving and of storage of the piano prior to the release of the piano to buyer.

Acceptance of Delivery

Instructions for Mover and Seller

1. Authorized Mover identifies him/herself to Seller and provides proof of their identity (A Bill of Lading, The Company name marked on the truck with a license number, a business card that matches a driver's license would all be acceptable forms of identification).
2. Mover is given a chance to inspect the piano to verify that the brand and serial number (or description in the case where a piano does not have a serial number marking in plain site) is the same as identified on this "Pick Up” Authorization for Piano.
3. Mover signs this form where indicated, accepting delivery of the piano on behalf of buyer.
4. Mover packs and moves piano from premises.

Mover:  I have inspected the piano and verify that it matches the description under "PIANO" on this form.  I accept delivery of this piano on behalf of the buyer.
